Contoh Report OJT


CHAPTER I
INTRODUCTION

A.   BACKGROUND
In general, a document is record or the capturing of some event or thing so that the information will not be lost. Usually, a document is written, but a document can also be made with pictures and sound. A document usually addresses to some convention based on similar or previous documents or specified requirements. Examples of documents are sales invoice, wills and deeds, newspaper stories, oral history recordings, executive orders, and product specifications.
A document is a form of information. A document can be put into an electronic form and stored in a computer as one or more files. When using certain computer application program such as a word processor, a document is the unit of saved work. Each document is saved as a uniquely named file.
In the computer industry, documentation is the information provided to a costumer or the other users about a product or the process of preparing it.
Based on the description about the document above, the writer as a student of SMKN 6 Surakarta with majoring on the office administration wants to apply the theory got from school in the work world especially in the PT Konimex as the location of the writer’s On the Job Training.





B.   OBJECTIVES
The objectives of OJT in business world are :
Ø To introduce the students to business and industrial world
Ø To understand about implementation of the theory of administrating in real business world
Ø To increase students capability in Administrating Office
Ø To train the students mentally
Ø To train discipline and responsibility to finish the task.






















CHAPTER II
PRODUCTION

A.   TIME AND PLACE
The implementation of OJT has been held in 1st March until 25th April 2013 for two months in Konimex Pharmatetical Laboratories. Desa Sanggrahan, Sukoharjo.

B.   MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENTS
The materials and equipments needed to support are like :
·        Stationary supplies (pen, pencil, correcting pen, eraser, ruler, etc.)
·        Computer
·        Wall clock
·        Print
·        Envelope
·        Telephone
·        Calendar
·        Etc










C.   THEORITICAL REVIEW
Administrative office according to George R. Terry expressed in his book entitled The Office Management and Controlling is planning, organizing, coordinating, and supervision of the work of the office and its implementation in order to archives the objectives that have been set.  Meanwhile, according to Arthur Granger in his book entitled The Nation Office Management Association Report, is a function to organize the ministry of communication and the recording of an organization. And the recording relates to a document. Documents according to experts is :
1.     A documents is a source of information for the history of written as opposed to oral testimony, rather than artifacts, relics and historical sites, according to archaeological remains.

2.     Documents in the board sense that includes all written source, both written and oral. Documents in the narrow sense includes all written only suber.

3.     The document is a record of events that had passed, can-shaped posts, pictures, monumental work from someone.

D.   SCHEME OF WORK
 




   











E.    MOTION OF WORK
1.     Create a document that will be used as trial
2.     Doing research based on the formula document
3.     After the research is successful, the document created correctly
4.     The original documents duplicated
5.     The original documents and the duplicate documents are labeled or stamped
6.     Duplicated documents are distributed to certain parts
7.     Original documents inputted to the computer
8.     After the original documents inputted to the computer, the documents is stored in the archives.


F.    RESULT
The result of OJT are :
1.     Get the knowledge that didn’t learn in school
2.     Be able to process the letters properly
3.     The writer will be more careful in doing any task
4.     Learn about the world of work.























CHAPTER III
FINDING

A.   IMPLEMENTATION
The proponent factors of OJT are :
·        Motivation and support from all people
·        Good cooperation between the staffs in PT. KONIMEX and the students who having Job Training
·        Good responses if the students can make a good item finding from the CEO and staffs
·        There is no discrimination between CEO, staffs, and the students
·        The materials and equipments well available

The inhibiting factors of OJT are :
·        Sometimes the students are bored because the job for each client spent very long time
·        The students are very bored  if the deadline is still long
·        The senior auditors is too busy so can’t give guidance directly











B.   BENEFITS
B.1. Benefits for school :
a)     Through OJT, school can apply the dual program demanded the curriculum
b)    Through OJT, school will have a good partnership with the institution
c)     The school will have a positive image of the company because the Protege OJT school able to adapt in the work and environment of the company

B.2. Benefits for students :
a)     The student can implement the theory of office administration in business world directly
b)    Student received competence which they have not get in a school
c)     It’s can train the student’s mentality
d)     As promotion graduates of  vocational high school
B.3. Benefits for institution :
a)     Institution will have a good relation with school
b)    Sharing his knowledge of employees to student
c)     Get help in completing the task
d)    Institution will get extra employee to do the task








CHAPTER IV
CLOSING

A.   CONCLUSION
The conclusions that writer can take from this report are :
v The student could get a lot of new knowledge from the business world beside the knowledge from school
v By following the Job Training the students could increase the discipline in everything
v This final task report could train the responsibilities of the students

B.   SUGGESTION
v The teachers must put the student on the right place based on the student’s capabilities
v The students in the Job Training must be able to keep the good will of the ammeter
v  The time for having on the Job Training at the second step must be shorter than the first step because the third year must study hard  for the final examination
